As pointed out, if you're already in the midst of web2.0 then it not so much presenting unknown features, it's more a comment on the uses that new web techniques present us. Perhaps its best if we look at the video as a (very good) description of what web2.0 is to the average user.
One of the things I find particularly interesting is that he released the film under a creative commons licence, not only a hallmark of web2.0ness, but one of the fundamental changes in individual's ideologies that is necessary for this web (re)usage evolution to flourish.
